Terms of Use
Kitlist helps you find the same football shirt at different shops and compare prices, sizes and stock. By using it you agree to these terms. They’re short, and meant to be read.
Who we are
Kitlist is run personally by José Roberto Coccorese Mello da Silva, Lisbon, Portugal (“we”). Questions: privacy@kitlist.club or the Contact form.
What Kitlist is, and isn’t
Kitlist is a discovery and price-comparison service. We don’t sell shirts, take orders or handle payments. When you choose a shirt, you go to the shop’s website and buy from the shop. Your purchase, including payment, delivery, returns and warranty, is between you and the shop, under the shop’s terms. We aren’t a party to it.
Kitlist is free to use. Today we have no affiliate links, paid retailer relationships or sponsored placements, and no shop pays to appear or to be ranked. If that changes, we’ll update these terms and say so where it matters.
Prices, sizes and stock
We check the shops’ own websites regularly, not continuously. Prices, sizes and stock can change at any time, and what you see on Kitlist may be out of date. When we can’t refresh a shop, we may show its last known price with when we last checked it. The shop’s website is always the authority. Check the price, size and details there before you buy. We don’t list every shop or every shirt.
Matching shirts
We match listings from different shops to the same shirt: club, season, kit, version (Standard or Authentic) and sleeve length (short or long). Shops describe shirts differently, and a match can occasionally be wrong. If the version, sleeve, size or anything else matters to you, confirm it on the shop’s page. If you spot a mistake, tell us through Contact.
Watches and alerts
Watching a shirt is free. We check prices periodically, currently about every six hours, and send an alert when a shop we’ve checked reaches your price. Alerts are best-effort: they can be delayed or fail to arrive (for example if Telegram or email delivery fails), and a price can change or sell out before you see the alert or reach the shop. An alert isn’t an offer or a reservation. You can stop any watch or all alerts at any time, and delete your data in Watching → Settings.
Names, brands and images
Club, league, brand and shop names, crests and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify the shirts and shops we list. Their use doesn’t mean any club, brand or shop endorses or is connected with Kitlist. Product images come from the shops that sell the shirts and belong to their owners. If you own content shown on Kitlist and want it changed or removed, write to us.
The Kitlist name, design and text are ours. Please don’t copy them wholesale.
What you send us
When you use Contact or Suggest a shop, please send only what’s needed, and nothing unlawful or that belongs to someone else. We may act on suggestions and feedback, for example by adding a shop, without owing anything for them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.
Fair use
Please don’t misuse Kitlist. That means no automated scraping or bulk downloading, no overloading or interfering with the service, no abusing forms or alerts, no trying to get into other people’s alerts or data, and nothing unlawful. We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.
Changes and availability
Kitlist is a small, evolving service. We may change, pause or stop features, shops or the whole service, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We’ll update these terms when things change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Kitlist after a change, the new terms apply.
Liability
We work to keep Kitlist accurate and running, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that prices, stock, matches or alerts are complete, correct or on time. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from relying on information on Kitlist, from a missed or late alert, or from your dealings with a shop. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you’re a consumer in the EU or EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
